These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sajubti (the "Service"), operated by Art2meta ("Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About the Service
sajubti is a personality analysis and compatibility service that combines Korean Four Pillars astrology (Saju) with MBTI frameworks to generate narrative-based personal insights.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the sajubti web and app platform in its entirety.
"User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Member" refers to a User who has created an account via social login.
"Content" refers to AI-generated analysis text, compatibility results, and related outputs produced by the Service.
3. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users at least 7 days before changes take effect (30 days for material changes) via an in-service notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Nature and Limitations of the Service
All analysis results provided by sajubti are for entertainment and self-understanding purposes only. The Content is narrative in nature, combining Saju astrology and MBTI frameworks. It does not constitute scientific fact, and must not be used as the basis for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions.
Service results are stories (narratives), not fortune-telling, prophecy, or deterministic statements about your future.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated Content.
The Company is not liable for any decisions made by Users based on Service results.
5. User Obligations
Users must not:
Use another person's personal information or enter false information
Use Content generated by the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (including crawling or automated requests)
Use the Service to defame, harass, or harm others, or for any illegal purpose
Infringe upon the Company's intellectual property rights
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict access to the Service or delete accounts without prior notice if a User violates Section 5 or engages in the following:
Using another person's account
Intentionally disrupting service operations
Acting in violation of applicable law or public order
7. Paid Features
The Company may offer paid features within the Service.
Pricing and payment methods for paid features will be communicated within the Service.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited for items that are immediately delivered upon purchase.
Refund policies follow applicable law (including Korea's E-Commerce Act) and any notices posted within the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including character artwork, design, text, and logos — belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent from the Company.
Sharing result cards via the in-app share feature is permitted and encouraged.
9. Privacy
The Company protects user personal information in accordance with applicable law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Service Interruption and Termination
The Company may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue the Service in the following circumstances:
System maintenance, upgrades, or technical necessity
Force majeure events (natural disasters, national emergencies, etc.)
Operational necessity as determined by the Company
In the event of permanent termination, the Company will provide at least 30 days' notice. Users of paid features will receive separate notification.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
The accuracy of AI-generated Content or any decisions made by Users based on such Content
Disputes between Users or between a User and a third party
Damages arising from use of free features (to the extent permitted by applicable law)
Service disruptions caused by force majeure events or unauthorized third-party access
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business.
